Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and credits work for Flowfolio's paid plans and services. By subscribing, you agree to this policy alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Overview

Flowfolio offers subscription-based plans (Starter, Plus, Pro, Complete, and Agency) with monthly or annual billing cycles processed through our payment provider. This policy covers refunds, cancellations, and credits for all paid plans.

2. Free tier and trials

The Starter plan is free with usage limits (up to 3 projects, 2 clients, and 50 AI credits per month). No payment is required, so no refund applies.

Paid plans may include a 14-day trial with Pro-level features. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings or Billing section inside your dashboard.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until that date; no partial-month refunds are issued for the remaining days.

4. Refund eligibility

If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the initial charge or of an annual renewal. Refund requests after this window will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds apply only to the subscription fee. Consumed AI credits, third-party processing fees, or add-ons are non-refundable.

Refunds for annual plans are prorated based on full unused months remaining after the request date.

5. How to request a refund

Email admin@excelso.space with the subject "Refund request" and include: your account email, the plan you subscribed to, the date of charge, and a brief reason.

We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through our payment provider and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

6. Downgrades and plan changes

If you downgrade to a lower plan or to the free Starter tier, the change applies at the end of the current billing cycle. No refund is issued for the difference between plans during the current period.

Usage limits of the new plan take effect immediately upon renewal. Data exceeding the new limits is preserved but access may be restricted until you adjust usage or upgrade again.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us, we may suspend or terminate your account while the dispute is resolved. We encourage you to reach out to us first so we can resolve the issue quickly.

8. Exceptional circumstances

We may offer extended refund windows or credits at our discretion in cases of prolonged service outages, billing errors, or other situations where fairness requires it.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice.
